Dante's Inferno

Maybe Dante’s Inferno was a road map for the levels of hell we pass through while we’re alive... There’s a scripture that says “Sorrow is better than laughter for sadness has a refining influence on us”. 
Each time you enter hell (whatever kind of hell life presents to you) it definitely does refine you. Each level you pass allows your soul to level up.
